You guys. I have it together this month! I’m so happy to start the new year on time with this personal project. I know it’s not that big of a deal, but at the same time, it is. I so often put my own personal work, goals, health, and more on the back burner. I’m trying to make sure that doesn’t happen for me this year and it’s nice to be able to celebrate the progress a little bit.
This month is extra cool because I get to share some photos of my hubby with our daughter in New York City! Sienna plays the tuba and had performed with the Hawaii All State Marching Band at the Rose Bowl Parade in 2015. When we heard that they were invited to play in Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade, it was a no-brainer to send her. We love NYC and she’s totally into Broadway, so we knew she’d love it too. We knew it was a great opportunity for her, and to be honest, it was a great reason for us to be able to visit again and get to watch her play.
I also have some photos from our son, Aidan, at his Christmas concert and then part of Kauai’s Lights on Rice parade. All kinds of businesses come out decked in Christmas lights and it’s such a fun little celebration. My parents were still here (they came and watched the other kids while we were in New York) and I got some fun low-light images of the family at the parade.
